- I respect your privacy. As such, this privacy policy statement sets out the way I gather information and disseminate it in respect of the Website. It also governs the Processing of Personal Information provided to me through your interaction with my Website;
- Please note that, due to legal and other developments, I may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. It is your duty to remain appraised of the current version of this Privacy Policy;
- By continuing to browse or use this Website after a revised Privacy Policy becomes effective, you agree to observe this Privacy Policy as may be revised.
3. Processing of Personal Information
- By providing your Personal Information to the Business you acknowledge that it has been collected directly from you and consent to its Processing by me.
- If you are providing Personal Information regarding a minor, you specifically consent to me retaining and Processing such personal Information and warrant that you are entitled to provide such Personal Information;

- I shall keep records of all Personal Information collected for a period of 1 (one) year or as might be otherwise stipulated by legislation;

- If Personal Information is released with your consent, I shall retain a record of the information released, the third party to which it was released, the reason for the release and the date of release, for a period of 1 (one) year from the date on which it was last used; and
- I shall destroy or delete any Personal Information that is no longer needed by me for the purpose it was initially collected, or subsequently Processed. In addition, upon request (through the Contact Detail), I shall destroy or alter any Personal Information that I gathered from you.
- I may, in accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 use Personal Information collected to compile profiles for statistical purposes. No information contained in the profiles or statistics will be able to be linked to any specific user.

- I may use standard technology to collect Information about the use of this Website. This technology is not able to identify individual users but simply allows me to collect statistics.
- I may utilise temporary or session cookies to keep track of users’ browsing habits. A cookie is a small file that is placed on your hard drive, to keep a record of your interaction with this Website and facilitate user convenience.
